What a professional! Noel came and undertook the tiling of our kitchen and refitting of our small guest toilet and the results are incredible – we LOVE it! He is such a perfectionist, and as he said to me, ‘I would never expect a client to accept work that I wouldn’t accept for my self’ – which is testament to his professional and experienced approach to his work. “We purchased an old run down property for our old age retirement home or nest egg if you will. Our property needed a full re-furb and structural repairs. Of which we knew nothing about that type of work so I approached Noel’s design builders for some help and advice, from the get-go I was offered a free quote and I offered to pay for further consultations for the full works and we were guided through the full process from planning applications to finishing touches. My wife and I accepted the quote and might I say it was one of the best decisions we ever made, following the initial none formal consultation and a cup of tea the Noel guy did my plans and submitted it to planning, they was approved and the works commenced. Noel made our first property investment so pleasant and finished to a high standard that we decided to start a property business, we bought two more properties since and thanks to Noel we are currently looking for third and also a home for our son as his first home and I know who will get the first call.
